Beginning each Sunday, Golden Door's seven-day program offers you the rare opportunity to devote all your attention to yourself; within this oasis of peace and tranquility, the distractions of everyday life are left far behind. To ease the stress of packing we supply a complete spa wardrobe for your use during your stay and our 4:1 staff-to-guest ratio ensures a level of individual service unequalled in the spa world.

Chosen from 80 different classes and activities by our talented and experienced staff, your unique daily schedule is designed to help you attain your personal goals. Early morning hikes followed by breakfast served in your room start the day. Then, cutting-edge fitness classes to strengthen, tone, and increase cardiovascular health and mind/body/spirit pursuits such as yoga and t'ai chi alternate with pampering beauty treatments, luxurious massage, educational lectures and time to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Zen-inspired gardens.

Meals are an event - a feast for all the senses. The greatest care is taken to use only the freshest, highest quality ingredients; many harvested that morning from our organic garden or provided by local farmers. Our nutritional consultant, who holds a doctorate in the field, provides invaluable insights during weekly lectures and is also available for private consultations.

At week's end you will receive a take-home fitness program prepared for you by your personal Fitness Guide. This ensures, along with other valuable lessons you will have learned during your stay, that your departure is just the beginning of your journey toward creating a healthy, balanced and mindful life.

Men's and co-ed weeks are scheduled on a quarterly basis, while 39 weeks each year are reserved exclusively for women.

Japanese-inspired private rooms accented with ancient Japanese art and fresh flowers. Each includes a secluded deck and patio with private garden.

Deposit & Pre-Payment Information
$1,000 deposit per person, per week due at time of booking (non-refundable). Balances are due and payable prior to departure. All gifts must be pre-paid. All rates, fees and taxes are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy
Deposit may be applied to a new date provided notice of cancellation is received 30 days in advance and the new date is within one year of the original arrival date. Additional extensions result in forfeiture of deposit. No discounts or refunds for early departure.
