The Hills specializes in packaged "wellness and anti-aging vacations," featuring Hike & Spa, Ride & Spa, Weight-loss, Rehab, Executive Renewal and stress reduction programs which integrate gourmet spa cuisine with an extensive daily selection of indoor aerobic and fitness workouts. Guests can enjoy daily guided hiking; educational workshops on stress, nutrition and fitness planning; and healing and renewing body and beauty treatments.

In summer, the setting is that of a guest ranch with more than 25 horses, and in winter, a ski resort with over 200 km of community-based ski trails for world-class cross-country skiing, plus a downhill ski snowpark, dogsledding, two ice skating rinks and snowmobiling.

The Hills has one of the largest staffs of wellness professionals at any Canadian spa, working with you one-on-one to ensure you exercise safely and effectively. Executive Renewal has three private consultations plus 12 treatments including a fitness test and lifestyle analysis, six full-body massages, a facial, a herbal wrap, a manicure, a hair appointment, a pedicure, and hydrotherapy treatment.

Deposit & Pre-Payment Information
To confirm space, a deposit of 25% of the package price or $100, (whichever is greater), must be received by The Hills Health Ranch at least 14 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing 30 days or more before arrival date for a 100% refund, 15 to 20 days before arrival for a 50% refund, and no refund is available on cancellations received with less than 15 days notice.
