Located in the lush, hilly woods of Middle Tennessee on a richly historic property, the Tennessee Fitness Spa is a hidden treasure. Guests may take advantage of a full and varied exercise program with friendly, encouraging, and well-informed staff.
Animated lectures offer information and tips on how to continue on a healthy path once the guest has returned to everyday life.
Throughout the season, a variety of guest presenters educate and entertain. A sampling may include: Tai Chi Weeks, Belly Dancing, Musical Performances, Yoga Weeks, International Folk Dancing, Stress Management, Arts and Crafts, Knitting, Native American Presentations, and more. All activities and classes are optional. Guests are free to choose how much they wish to be involved. With personalized attention and concern from the staff, each guest is encouraged to reach for his or her goal, whether that be weight loss, becoming or staying fit, or simply de-stressing. For those who desire to pamper themselves during their stay, massage therapy, body wraps, and beauty treatments are also available.
In this tranquil setting of natural beauty, including caves, a pristine creek, and the magnificent, unique double-span Natural Bridge, the world's tensions seem far removed. The spirit is calmed and revived.

Chalet-style accommodations, including Quad, Standard and Deluxe Double, Standard and Deluxe Private, and Penthouse Suite. Off -Campus units also available.

5,000-square-foot fitness center, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, racquetball court, creek-side gazebo, miles of hiking trails, indoor/outdoor dining, television/reading lounges, full RV hook-ups, and a historic double-span natural bridge.
Specialty Activities
Walking program, cooking/nutrition demo, yoga, Pilates, wallyball, evening entertainment, aerobics classes, weight training, stretch, aquacise, toning, and educational lectures. Special Yoga Weeks and Tai Chi Weeks offered each season.
Spa Cuisine
Choice of standard, vegetarian, or vegan meal plan; 1200-1400 calories per day; salad bar available at lunch and dinner (in addition to entrée); breakfast and lunch are cafeteria-style and dinner is restaurant table service.

Services Included
Accommodations (with daily housekeeping service), healthy meals (standard, vegetarian, or vegan), educational lectures, and the full fitness program. Personal training, nutritional consultations, and spa services, such as massage therapy and beauty treatments, are all available for additional fees.
Range of Prices for A La Carte Services
One-hour massage $70; beauty shop standard prices; one-hour personal training $50; one-hour nutritional consultation $40.
Deposit & Pre-Payment Information
$100 deposit is due at time of booking. Balance is due two weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit is non-refundable; it may be used for a future stay up to one year. Two weeks notice of arrival date is required to receive a refund of balance (less the $100 deposit). Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior, or early departures, receive a credit for use at a future time.
