Peanut Butter Spread
The Heartland Spa


1 container (15 ounces) fat-free ricotta cheese
¼ cup peanut butter
1 Tablespoon honey
½ Teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ Teaspoon vanilla
¼ Teaspoon almond extract

1. Place all ingredients in food processor; process until smooth.
2. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve

Serve as a spread for rice cakes, if desired.

Yield: 2 cups
