Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
New Age Health Spa
Serves 4, 96 calories per serving

Ingredients:

  • ¼ tsp. Canola Oil
  • 3 Red Peppers, roasted
  • 3 Yellow Peppers, roasted
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 dashes White Pepper
  • ½ tsp. Garlic
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tbsp. Canola Oil

Instructions:

  1. To roast peppers, place ¼ tsp. Canola oil in the palm of your hand and coat the peppers.
  2. Place peppers on a large baking sheet and roast in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until the skin is blackened.
  3. Let the peppers cool and then remove the skin.
  4. In a blender, add red peppers and all other ingredients. Blend until smooth.
